30 Day Weight Loss Challenge - Catch Up
Day 8 - My workout routine:
I just aim for some form of exercise each day. I try and mix it up so it is fun and I’m not bored. I play beach volleyball, walk my dog, run, do fitbox, Tracy Anderson.
Day 9 - Have people ever made comments about your weight in a negative way?

30 Day Weight Loss Challenge - Day 7
Does your partner know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?

30 Day Weight Loss Challenge - Day 6
Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do.

30 Day Weight Loss Challenge - Day 5
Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?
I can easily say I’m doing it for me - can’t imagine anyone else I’m doing it for. I am losing weight because I want to look and feel good, to improve my fitness, and to improve my relationship.

30 Day Weight loss Challenge - Day 2
How tall are you? Are you happy with your height?
I am 169cm tall which I think is a good height for me. I am shorter than my BF but a little taller than some of my friends, and I’m a sexy height when I’m in heels.
I think Beyonce and Kate Moss are the same height as me.
